Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please note that personalized or engraved items require an additional 2-3 days for processing before they are shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the total weight of your items.

• Standard Rate: We charge a flat rate of ₹100 per kilogram (or fraction thereof).
• Example: An order weighing up to 1.0 kg will cost ₹100 for shipping. An order weighing 1.2 kg will cost ₹200 for shipping.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. We are working hard to bring Apeiron to kitchens worldwide soon.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
