Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled through the app or website. If you wish to cancel your order before it is dispatched, please email us at apeirondigiworld@gmail.com with your order ID. Cancellation requests will only be accepted if the order has not yet been shipped.

Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after delivery (see below).

Refund Policy

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be raised within 3 business days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Personalized or customized items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at apeirondigiworld@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your order. Include the following details:

• Your Order ID
• Reason for return/refund
• Photos of the product (if damaged or defective)
• Your bank account details or UPI ID for the refund

Refund Processing

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be transferred to your provided bank account or UPI within 3-5 business days.

Return Shipping

For approved returns, we will guide you on how to send the product back on a case-by-case basis. Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Refundable Cases

• Refund requests raised after 3 business days of delivery
• Products that have been used, washed, or altered
• Items without original packaging
• Personalized items (unless damaged/defective on arrival)
